Hundreds of thousands of American youth follow marijuana-related Twitter accounts and get pro-pot messages several times daily, according to School of Medicine researchers. They say the tweets are concerning because young people are thought to be especially responsive to social media and because drug use patterns tend to be established in the late teens and early 20s.
